Mission of this role

Produce accurate, production ready deigns that move efficiently from concept to completion: minimizing errors, reducing revisions, and supporting a fast paced production environment.

>95% of designs move to production without preventable errors
Reduced revision cycles across jobs
Fast turnaround times without sacrificing accuracy
Clean, complete files that production can execute without rework
Strong collaboration with sales and production teams

Key responsibilities

Create and prepare artwork for a wide range of signage products
Ensure all files are accurate, complete, and production ready
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Collaborate with sales to clarify scope and reduce revisions
Work closely with production to ensure designs translate cleanly to output
Follow and improve internal design and workflow processes

What we're looking for

Highly detailed oriented with strong quality control habits
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing accuracy
Comfortable working in a production driven environment (not just creative work)
Strong communicator who asks the right questions upfront
Takes ownership of outcomes, not just assigned tasks
Able to handle direct feedback and adjust quickly

Tools & Experience

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (required)
Proficient in or willingness to learn Adobe Firefly
Experience with large-format printing or signage design is preferred
Understanding of materials, scaling, and production constraints is a plus
