Job Title: Graphic Designer & Production Specialist Location: Visalia, CA Pay: $25.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Key Staffing is seeking a talented, motivated, and hands-on Graphic Designer & Production Specialist for a full-time opportunity in Visalia, CA. This position combines graphic design with production and installation and is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing a project through from digital design to the finished product. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, have experience with graphic installation and/or sign and graphics production, and have basic knowledge of embroidery, textile applications, screen printing, and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required Previous experience with graphic installation and/or sign and graphics production Basic knowledge of embroidery applications and production Basic understanding of textile applications Basic understanding of screen printing Basic understanding of Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute Willingness to learn and develop additional production skills
