Graphic Designer / Production Artist Asheville T-Shirt Company is looking for a talented Full-Time Graphic artist to join our team. Pre-production experience is highly desired, and general knowledge of the screen-printing industry is important. Your role will be split between designing t-shirt graphics and production art separations. Designers with years of experience working in the Adobe Suite can be trained in art separations. Specific Art duties include: \\- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills \\- An Ability to meet with customers, quote, write up and schedule orders \\- Fulfilling orders on time and the ability to address issues and correct them effectively and efficiently \\- Ability to create designs/logos from scratch and customer provided artwork \\- Consistent production of neat, accurate work with high attention to detail \\- Pre-Press Skills to include familiarity with spot and/or four color processes, trapping, separations, etc.
