Graphic Designer & Production Associate

Exciting Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and a great team! In search of a talented Graphic Designer/Production Associate to work in our facility in the East Valley. Key Responsibilities: -conceptualize and design logos/branding, retail graphics, environmental graphics, vehicle wraps and graphics and do layouts for client approval -set up of files for output and production (mechanical design/pre-press) -documentation and sampling of all job specs, colors and profiles -operation of wide format printing equipment -graphic production, kitting and packaging -ensure that office and production area is kept clean and organized at all times in order to give a professional appearance to clients as well as to maximize efficiency and minimize potential hazards Competencies: \\- team player \\- motivated self-starter \\- accountable for his/her self, responsibilities and department \\- must be able deal with stress and pressure in a fast paced environment \\- strong organizational skills \\- decision making abilities based on the evaluation of each unique situation \\- extensive knowledge of our industry and entire workflow process We are seeking a highly creative individual for this position.
