Global Alliant is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven experience supporting government proposals (RFPs), GovCon marketing, and digital design. The ideal candidate combines design excellence with strategic thinking, understands the fast-paced proposal environment, and is proficient in modern AI-powered design tools. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality proposal graphics including: Infographics, process flows, and technical diagrams Covers, section dividers, and compliance visuals Resumes, org charts, and past performance visuals Collaborate with proposal, capture, and technical teams to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals. Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards, proposal compliance requirements, and accessibility guidelines. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably supporting government proposals or GovCon marketing.
