Graphic Designer PT Job at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida in Orlando

This position is responsible for maintaining brand consistency, developing digital and print marketing materials, supporting fundraising and event initiatives, and translating organizational priorities into engaging visual experiences. * Brand Management: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials and platforms. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (Knowledge, Education, Experience & Skills) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat * Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy * Experience developing creative concepts and executing integrated marketing campaigns Experience designing for both digital and print applications * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Passion for the Boys & Girls Clubs mission and youth development * An associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field(preferred) * Experience with project management software (preferred) Requires the ability to work on a computer for extended periods (8+ hours), including performing tasks that involve repetitive motion, visual focus, and fine motor skills * Visual and auditory acuity tomonitorthe environment and ensure safety standards aremaintained.
