About the Role: What You’ll Do: • Brand Management & Visual Identity • Maintain and advance the PVH visual brand by enforcing brand guidelines • Continuously explore new ways to enhance brand guidelines and visual standards • Design logotypes, logos, icons, and data visualization elements • Ensure all design elements adhere to brand standards and aesthetic • Project Management • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial concept to final delivery • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards • Collaborate with internal clients, partners, and communications leads • Conceptualization and Design • Develop design concepts for brand campaigns, assets, and communications materials • Conduct research into design trends and competitor analysis to inform creative decisions • Cross-Platform Design • Design for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, editorial, print materials, and packaging • Create designs optimized for web including mobile and applications • Demonstrate strong understanding of user interface and interaction design • Collaboration & Presentation • Work closely with cross-functional teams • Communicate design rationale and vision behind creative choices effectively • Trend Research & Development • Stay current with design trends, design technologies, and emerging design styles • Apply trend insights to enhance creative output • Kinetic design skills and understanding of motion software a plus. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting.
