Job Summary
Atrium Health is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote marketing and communications team. This role will focus on developing visually engaging content that supports brand initiatives, patient education, internal communications, and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design compelling digital and print materials including social media graphics, web assets, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and clinical teams to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals
Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables
Contribute to campaign concept development and creative strategy
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Stay current with healthcare design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries
Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA compliance)
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $75,000 – $105,000 per year (based on experience and location)
