About the Role: The right candidate is both conceptual and detail-driven, with a strong sense of design trends, layout, and visual storytelling in a retail context. Key Responsibilities: • Design engaging retail graphics and signage for in-store environments across NA • Translate creative concepts into scalable 2D and 3D visual solutions across formats • Prepare final print files and packaging for vendor delivery, ensuring accuracy and brand compliance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and align on priorities • Review dielines, specs, and proofs with a critical eye for detail and consistency • Balance multiple projects, respond to quick turnarounds, and proactively problem-solve • Maintain consistency with brand standards while tailoring designs for the North American market
