About the position As a Retail Graphic Designer with Opry Entertainment Group (OEG), you'll serve\nas a key creative player on the retail team, designing unique and custom\ngraphics for products that connect artists and fans in our iconic venues. As the ideal\ncandidate, you bring strong graphic design skills across printables and pattern\ndesign with an eye for retail trends and merchandising. Produce 10--20 new styles per month in alignment\n with the creative direction of the product design team.Follow existing style guides to create new designs and accompanying style\n guides for packaging.Research current trends consistent with existing brand aesthetic to be\n incorporated into original artwork for the fan experience.Stay current with graphic design trends, tools, and product applications,\n while maintaining existing brand aesthetic.Collaborate with retail, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver\n high-quality end products.Communicate with product development team and vendors to ensure proper\n execution of prints and applications.Design and prepare supplemental artwork for websites, banners, social media,\n in-store collateral, and product packaging.Create CADs and tech packs to communicate graphic placement on garments.\n Adapt and supply CADs for our e-commerce team as needed. 4+ years' graphic design experience required, preferably in fashion or\n lifestyle apparel2+ years' designing apparel and soft goods, with practical knowledge of\n screen-printing and other decoration techniquesExperience in retail product design and manufacturing requiredPDF and/or online portfolio is requiredEffective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the\n ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent workstreams while meeting\n critical deadlinesWorking knowledge of printing best practices across various product mediums,\n including awareness of related production and print limitationsProficient with Adobe products (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft\n Office SuiteAble to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business needsDegree in Graphic Design or related field preferredNice-to-haves
