You will be responsible for ensuring that all creative assets—from campaign visuals to e-commerce website and photography—are flawlessly executed, visually compelling, and aligned with the brand's high-impact digital and print assets for the website, email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials.Develop original graphics, typography, gifs, and layouts for lookbooks, linesheets, ads, and event materials with a luxury aesthetic.Create and execute on-brand, visually compelling layouts for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, seamlessly blending trend awareness with brand identity while ensuring the highest resolution and quality standards.Photo Retouching & Image EnhancementAbility to retouch and enhance high-resolution images in high quantities for e-commerce, campaigns, editorials, and social media, ensuring all visuals meet the brand’s impeccable luxury standards.Edit and color-correct product and model photography for flawless consistency across all platforms, delivering quick turnarounds while maintaining quality.Organize and maintain a structured library of edited images and videos, ensuring files are properly labeled and stored according to company guidelines.Provide feedback to videographers, suggesting edits and best practices to enhance campaign videos and maximize audience engagement.Play a key role in image and video selection, collaborating directly with the CEO and founders to finalize edits and ensure all content aligns with the brand vision.Proactively introduce new techniques, software, and emerging trends to keep digital assets fresh, engaging, and competitive in the luxury market.Ideal candidate: Has video editing experience, luxury fashion expertise, and the flexibility to work late during critical deadlines and product launches.Fabric Print Design & Pattern DevelopmentWork closely with the Design & Product Development teams to create compelling fabric prints that seamlessly align with the brand’s seasonal aesthetic and inspiration.Partner with the Production team to rework existing prints, optimizing fabric yield and improving cost efficiency without compromising design integrity.Design original patterns and prints that strike the perfect balance between creativity and commercial appeal, ensuring smooth translation into production.E-Commerce & Social Media Asset DevelopmentDesign and optimize digital assets for e-commerce platforms, product pages, and promotional campaigns, ensuring high-impact visuals that drive engagement and conversions.Collaborate with the E-Commerce & Social Media teams to create compelling, on-brand visuals for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives.Maintain consistency and clarity across all website banners, product imagery, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.Create demo website pages for pre-launch approvals, refining layouts and visual elements before going live.Work closely with the CEO and founders to oversee and finalize design approvals and execution for all digital assets.Own the overall visual identity and aesthetic of the website, ensuring a refined, polished, and seamless user experience that reflects the brand’s high standards.Packaging & BrandingCollaborate with the Product Development team to bring packaging and branding concepts to life, creating ready-to-print materials with precise dimensions, colors, and layouts.Develop physical mock-ups, cutting samples to size for hands-on approval processes and ensuring accuracy before final production.Execute project-based branding tasks, including the design of invitations, note cards, boxes, mock-up images, logos, and other marketing collateral, maintaining a cohesive luxury aesthetic.Qualifications & Skills Required6+ years of expertise in graphic design and photo retouching within the fashion or luxury industry.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Exceptional retouching skills, with a focus on color correction, lighting, and flawless skin editing with ability to work quickly and under pressure.Experience designing fabric prints and patterns, with knowledge of textile production processes preferred.Ability to create assets for both digital and print, ensuring high-quality production across all formats.Understanding of e-commerce platforms, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies.Familiarity with photography equipment and experience assisting on photoshoots, including camera and lighting setup.Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, maintaining speed, efficiency, and accuracy under extreme deadlines.A creative
