Graphic designer, Sales & Apparel Production Associate (Design / Print / Press)

Overview We are looking for a creative, customer-focused Sales & Apparel Production Associate who can help customers with their orders and work hands-on in production (designing, printing, and pressing shirts). Preferably, you have experience with DTF and embroidery, can speak Spanish, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced custom apparel and screen printing shop. You’ll assist customers with product selection and design ideas, process orders, and use your design and production skills to bring their ideas to life on t-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, and other custom items. Graphic Design & Production • Create and edit custom graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator • (Optional/Plus) Ability to work with Flexi or similar sign/apparel design software • Prepare print-ready files for screen printing, DTF, vinyl, and embroidery • Operate heat press and other printing equipment to complete orders • Maintain organized design files and update templates for repeat customers
