Endura is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer / Sales & Intake Coordinator to support the front end of the business through customer communication, project intake, smaller-job quoting, proof creation, and production-ready design work. Prepare quotes for smaller and more straightforward jobs as trainedSupport repeat-order quoting and front-end sales activityFollow up on open quotes and customer opportunities in a timely and intentional mannerHelp move opportunities forward through clear communication and strong follow-upIdentify when a project should be escalated to senior estimating, project management, or ownershipSupport a smoother sales process by reducing front-end bottlenecks and improving quote flowGraphic Design & Proofing Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, sign design, production design, customer-facing design support, quoting support, intake coordination, or a related roleStrong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe AcrobatStrong communication skills in person, by phone, and by emailStrong organization, follow-through, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects, revisions, and customer conversations in a fast-paced environmentAbility to create clean, production-minded artwork and customer-ready proofsAbility to gather accurate project information and communicate it clearly to internal team membersAbility to work independently, solve problems, and maintain standards without needing constant directionProfessionalism, urgency, and accountability in day-to-day work A successful person in this role will: Respond quickly and professionally to incoming opportunitiesGather stronger information up frontProduce clean, customer-ready proofs with fewer errorsHelp keep smaller jobs and repeat work moving efficientlySupport quote follow-up and front-end communication without creating confusionReduce pressure on senior estimating and ownershipImprove organization, responsiveness, and customer experience on the front end of the business
