What You'll Be Doing: • Study design briefs and determine requirements • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate software • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic • Amend designs after feedback • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand • Documents that will be required will include, but a not limited to, design reports, status reports, monthly / weekly reports, dashboards and bidding documents • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals • Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately • Work independently as well as cooperatively with the PMO team to meet deadlines.
