Experience and Other Requirements: • Four to six years of design experience with an advertising agency or in-house marketing department preferred • Strong portfolio of design, demonstration of working within a brand voice • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products such as, but not limited to, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory and layout principles • Strong communication skills with an ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders • Knowledge of SharePoint a plus • Ability to manage time efficiently by organizing and prioritizing • Ability to handle multiple deadlines • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of individuals, both verbally and visually • Ability to effectively coordinate many projects simultaneously with a high degree to accuracy and competency • Ability to work independently with a high degree of competence • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to off-site meetings or training as required • Keen eye for aesthetics and details • Keen sense of lighting and composition • Skilled in design editing and touch-up • Skilled in video editing and motion graphics Work involves extensive contact with others and is usually of a personal or sensitive nature.
