Learn More! 2+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertisingProven portfolio showcasing high-performing creative across paid social, display, search, and digital advertising platformsDeep understanding of platform best practices for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging paid media channelsBS/BA in graphic design, UX/UI or related field or demonstrated work experienceKnowledge of design techniques and emerging technologiesExpertise in current graphic design practices, including fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Power PointHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple simultaneous projectsAbility to work independently, as a team member and in collaboration with other teams/functionsStrong interpersonal skills when interacting with departments and clientsAbility to work outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projectsNice-to-haves
