You Have: 8+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia productsExperience with Section 508 compliance for designing and developing accessible productsExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Word, and design tools such as Premiere Pro, XD, After Effects, and MAPublisherExperience facilitating client-facing discussions to interpret workforce messaging, display data visually, and conceptualize analytic ideasExperience working within the government or defense sectorsKnowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) processes and requirementsAbility to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including visual solutions for complex challengesAbility to collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver design outcomes that align with mission-focused goalsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degree AI is a part of our daily work at Booz Allen, and we are committed to the responsible and ethical use of AI tools.
