GRAPHIC DESIGNER & SIGN PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

The ideal candidate will have experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, print production, and graphic installation, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visual displays for events and branding projects. Collaborate with clients, sales staff, and colleagues to create unique visual content for events and branding projects.Design, edit, and prepare graphic assets using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.Translate concepts into engaging visual solutions for large-format printing and event displays.Review customer-submitted artwork and ensure files meet production specifications.Clean, edit, and reformat customer imagery to print-ready standards.Create digital print files and proof sheets for client review and approval.Operate and assist in maintaining large-format printers, software, and production equipment.Apply and remove vinyl graphics on a variety of materials, including acrylic, PVC, foam board, wood, and other sign substrates.Assist with event graphics production, display preparation, and installation.Work with permanent, temporary, opaque, translucent, and specialty adhesive vinyl products.Support quality control efforts to ensure all graphics meet company standards.Safely lift, transport, and handle production materials and finished products.Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and Photoshop.Graphic design experience preferred (4+ years strongly preferred).Experience in sign production, vinyl application, print shops, car wrapping, or sign installation is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new techniques and processes.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.Valid driver's license is a plus.Weekend, evening, and overtime availability required as needed.Benefits Since 2004, Game On!
