Graphic Designer – Signs & Graphics | York, PA | Full TimePrint-O-Stat is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Signs & Graphics Division. This position is responsible for preparing production files, developing custom designs, coordinating customer proofs, and supporting the production process. The ideal candidate has a strong design background, is comfortable working directly with customers and sales staff, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do: Prepare production files and digital proofs based on customer orders, job folders, and project specifications Create custom designs, logos, signage layouts, vectors, and other graphic materials Review files and completed designs for accuracy before sending projects to production Prepare layouts for various production equipment while minimizing material waste Communicate with customers, sales, and production teams regarding designs, proofs, deadlines, and project issues Assist customers and sales representatives with design-related questions and project needs Assist with signage production and installation as needed Operate or learn production equipment and software, including printers, laminators, cutters, and RIP software Maintain organized project files and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Perform other related duties as assigned

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in graphic design, print, signage, or a related field preferred Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop Strong understanding of design principles, including color, typography, layout, and visual balance Ability to create logos, custom vectors, signage, and other production-ready artwork Basic knowledge of signage materials and printing processes Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills Ability to work directly with customers and sales representatives in a professional manner Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and accept feedback Vinyl application, vehicle wraps, and experience with signage production equipment are a plus Ability to stand, crouch, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsWhy Join Us: Opportunity to work on a variety of custom signage and graphic projects Hands-on exposure to both design and production Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities to develop additional design and production skills Opportunities for growth and advancement Competitive compensation and benefits package
