As a hands‑on creative, you will need expertise in the relevant design software to deliver established design concepts to finished executions. You will collaborate with other like‑minded creatives and multidisciplinary teams to support the business needs.What You’ll DoWith a hands‑on approach you will build concepts executing the visual strategy for our brands across multiple consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc.Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.Be accountable for excellent execution.The Ideal Candidate Uses Empathy and non‑linear thinking: Must be able to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind.Has strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices with multi‑functional partners.Is comfortable giving and receiving feedback.Is flexible in an environment of constant change.
