Concept and design a wide variety of digital assets for Sherwin-Williams brand social media channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram (In-Feed, Reels and Stories), TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest. Must be aware of how posts should be built for each platform from a formatting and channel usage perspective. Offer new and unique ideas in brainstorm ideations, and confidently draft and present concepts to team.Very comfortable creating content for different social platforms - includes sourcing props, shooting and editing images and videos, creating GIFs, converting / compressing files, etc. Manage, update, archive and maintain creative files and assets.Collaborate with social videographer, copywriter, and other internal teams to develop and optimize content, looking for opportunities to elevate the brand and create higher levels of engagement with customers. Be able to support team with additional digital design initiatives as necessary.Ability to digest, distill and incorporate feedback from multiple sources and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Work with analytics and strategists to adapt to the constantly changing environment of social media.Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
