Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist (Aberdeen, SD/Sioux Falls, SD)

We are growing and looking for a creative professional to help bring our brand to life.

This is a hands-on role focused on graphic design, content creation, and brand consistency across Huff Construction, Huff Concrete, and Huff Steel. You’ll work directly with our Marketing Manager and contribute to real projects you’ll see in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials, proposals, and digital content
Create and manage social media content across platforms
Capture and organize photo and video from jobsites and events
Support branded merchandise and apparel initiatives
Ensure brand consistency across all divisions and locations

Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent real-world experience
0–2 years of experience in design or social media, recent graduates encouraged to apply
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Basic video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro or similar platforms

Experience managing or creating content for social media platform

Ability to create both print and digital marketing materials

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency

Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
