Graphic Designer (Social Media)

Our client is actively seeking a Social Media Graphic Designer. This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to downtown Chicago. • Create engaging social content graphics for multiple brands on multiple channels based on strategies provided by Social Media Managers • Instagram/Facebook Stories design concepting & creation for multiple brands • Brainstorming, ideating and concepting new templates and formats for social platforms and multiple brands • Develop designs and graphics that are on strategy & reflect brand’s pillars • Basic video editing (recoloring, formatting, GIF creation, etc) • Responsible for ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all social material • Assists in real-time during key campaigns and events, offering immediate support to ensure smooth execution and adherence to brand standards. • Monitors updates and changes across social media platforms to proactively adjust asset creation strategies and ensure optimal performance and compliance with new features or requirements. • Turn social media briefs & concepts into social-first pieces of content while ensuring they meet brand standards and requirements
