Graphic Designer - Social Media Job at Oak Valley Designs in Syracuse

Job Description We’re a fast-growing startup in the home décor space creating beautiful stair treads and building the next household name in stairwell design. We’ve had strong success to date — and now we’re building our marketing and creative team in-house. This is a new role on a growing team, and the right person will have real influence over how the brand shows up everywhere. What You’ll Do • Design branded social graphics for Instagram, Pinterest, and paid ads • Build and refine email templates and campaign layouts • Create scroll-stopping ad creative for Meta and Google • Develop packaging mockups and print-ready files • Support website graphics and product launch assets • Help organize and maintain brand design systems Tools & Skills • Strong experience with Canva and Adobe Illustrator • Understanding of layout, typography, and brand consistency • Ability to design both digital and print-ready assets • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma, or paid ad creative The Opportunity We’re building the creative engine now.
