Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: 40000-50000Position Summary:The Graphic Designer supports the creation of visually compelling graphic assets that align with Fight CRCs brand standards. This role is responsible for designing print and digital media, organizing photography and graphic assets, and producinggraphics that support video and email. The Graphic Designer works collaboratively with Fight CRC teams to enhance campaigns, events, and awareness initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design & ProductionCreate engaging designs for Fight CRCs digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, educational brochures, event banners, infographics, and other visual content.Assist in creating layouts for presentations, program resources, and event materials, ensuring all assets align with Fight CRCs brand and mission.Asset ManagementMaintain and organize photography assets, media files, and templates within Sharepoint, Canva, Media Valet, Google Photos, and external hard drives, ensuring easy access for staff and consistent asset use across the organization.Support the creation and maintenance of templates for staff use in Canva, allowing for efficient brand-compliant design adaptation.Content AdaptationModify and adapt existing designs for different platforms, ensuring consistency and optimal display across digital and print mediums.Update templates and make minor revisions to existing designs created outside the brand marketing team as directed.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with the Fight CRC team members to understand project objectives and deliver designs that support campaign goals.Collaborate in team meetings to gather feedback, refine designs, and improve visual assets based on team input, enhancing Fight CRCs digital storytelling and brand engagement.File Management & OrganizationOrganize Fight CRC project files, including final artwork, videos, and design assets, following departmental processes for version control and archiving.Prepare files for print and digital distribution, adhering to technical specifications and ensuring high-quality output.Brand ConsistencyHelp maintain brand consistency across all visual materials by adhering to Fight CRCs style guidelines, color schemes, and approved fonts.Review visual consistency across assets and provide feedback to ensure quality and alignment with Fight CRCs brand identity.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a nonprofit or agency setting.Experience creating digital content for social media platforms.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and in CanvaAdditional Skills:Familiarity with Wordpressand/or other web design experience.Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Knowledge of motion graphics, video animation, or experience managing digital media assets.remote work
