Graphic Design SpecialistThe Graphic Design Specialist executes and maintains Lucchese's visual brand identity across all creative assets. Reporting to the Associate Director, Brand Design, this role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality, on-brand design solutions. The designer collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, wholesale, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned creative that supports seasonal initiatives, product launches, and business objectives. Success is measured by brand consistency, creative quality, on-time delivery, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders. Follow brand guidelines and protect the brand identity across all applicationsOwn and ensure correct usage of brand logos, typography, and color standards throughout all design and development projectsManage and assist in the production of printed assets and all brand creative materialsCollaborate with the creative team to develop communication and creative strategies while maintaining brand integritySupport the annual operating plan and business goals through active participation in the brand integration processEnsure seasonal themes, product launches, and key initiatives are executed effectively and in a brand accretive mannerDeliver cohesive creative across omni-channel sales and the entire customer experienceHelp team members and management with projects and tasks assignedAll other duties as assignedStrong understanding of brand systems and visual identityAdvanced graphic design and layout skillsExpertise in typography and color theoryStrong attention to detail and quality controlAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent collaboration and communication skillsPrint production knowledge and vendor coordination experienceBrand and logo developmentIllustration and vector graphicsInfographics, mockups, and icon designPrint layout and production (brochures, flyers, ads, posters, window, graphics, and billboards)Typography, learning, tracking, and leadingPhoto editing including color correction, sizing, resolution, retouchingColor systems: RGB, CMYK, PantoneFile formats: AI, PSD, INDD, EPS, PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFFAdobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, AcrobatMinimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design or similar.Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Graphic Design, or similarProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift to 30 pounds at times.Must be able to see color, hear, and listen, to effectively communicate.Travel required up to 20% of the time.
