They are seeking a Graphic Designer to provide strategic performance management services in the Defense and Security sector, specifically supporting the U.S. Navy's Naval Surface Warfare Center.

Responsibilities

Provide defense And security-related Management And Operations Solutions for Strategic Performance Management Services on behalf of The U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD)Develops visual materials, including presentation graphics, infographics, and document layouts, to enhance the comprehension and engagement of strategic materialsDevelop visual content for presentations, infographics, and other documentation
Skills

Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, 2+ years of experienceDesign, creativity, visual storytellingExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteriaConduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conductEnsure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlinedEmployees are subject to regulatory and mandatory training requirementsProficiency in project management methodologies and toolsExceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team managementOutstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestonesAdaptability to changing project requirements and prioritiesAbility to multi-task and pay close attention to detailExcellent analytical, organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenU.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States CitizenBackground Check And Drug testing: ProSidian reserves the right to require background checks, including criminal, employment, education, licensure, etc. as well as credit and motor vehicle when applicable for certain positionsIndividuals who will be actively completing work on this contract or reviewing NSWC PHD documents related to our operations must either be cleared (Secret Fcl / Top Secret Fcl) or be able to obtain and maintain a clearance
