Elizabeth Windsor Designs LLC is a growing custom printing and personalized gifts business located in Orlando, Florida.
We specialize in custom T-shirts, mugs, tumblers, personalized gifts, business uniforms, promotional merchandise, and high-quality custom printing services.
We are looking for a creative, responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team.
IMPORTANT: Fluency in both English and Spanish is REQUIRED. Applicants must be able to communicate professionally with customers in both languages.
Job Responsibilities
Create, edit, and prepare professional designs for personalized products.
Operate sublimation printers, heat presses, mug presses, and tumbler printing equipment.
Prepare artwork for sublimation, DTF, and UV-DTF printing applications.
Customize T-shirts, mugs, tumblers, hoodies, accessories, and promotional products.
Use graphic design software to create customer orders and production-ready files.
Assist customers in both English and Spanish, in person and through other communication channels.
Process, organize, package, and prepare customer orders.
Assist with inventory management and daily store operations.
Maintain quality standards and ensure products are completed accurately.
Keep equipment and production areas clean and organized.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is mandatory.
Ability to speak, read, and communicate effectively in both languages.
Graphic design experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar programs.
Practical knowledge of sublimation printing and heat transfer processes.
Ability to prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions and resolution.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and follow production instructions.
Preferred Experience
Previous employment in a custom printing, sublimation, or personalized merchandise business.
Experience using Cricut or Silhouette cutting machines.
Knowledge of DTF and UV-DTF printing applications.
Experience with Shopify POS or other point-of-sale systems.
Experience in retail customer service.
