ABOUT ROSANNEBECK
RosanneBECK is a Dallas-based paper, gift and lifestyle design studio known for colorful, joyful artwork and a fresh take on classic design. For more than 35 years, Rosanne’s original artwork has been brought to life across paper, gifts, home, entertaining and licensed product categories sold by retailers nationwide.
We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Product Design team and help translate Rosanne’s original paintings and artwork into compelling, cohesive product collections.
This role is ideal for a designer who loves color, pattern and product; has a strong understanding of what makes a collection feel fresh and relevant; and can see the possibilities in a piece of artwork far beyond its original canvas.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work closely with Rosanne and the creative team to translate original artwork and paintings into cohesive seasonal product collections.Develop designs across a broad range of categories, including paper, stationery, greeting cards, invitations, tabletop, entertaining, gift, home, seasonal products, monogram products, gift wrap, tags, acrylic, ornaments and other expanding product categories.Thoughtfully apply artwork across different products, considering pattern, placement, scale, color, composition and how individual pieces work together as a collection.Create fresh and compelling product concepts that feel distinctly RosanneBECK while continuing to evolve the brand.Build cohesive collections that balance statement pieces, supporting patterns, color stories and complementary designs.Develop repeat patterns and surface designs for use across multiple product categories.Prepare and maintain accurate design and production files, including necessary product information, artwork updates and file organization.Collaborate closely with the broader creative and product teams from initial concept through final product.Stay actively engaged with trends across gift, stationery, tabletop, home, fashion, interiors and retail, bringing relevant inspiration and ideas into the product development process.Help identify opportunities to reinterpret existing RosanneBECK artwork in new, unexpected and commercially relevant ways.Pitch in on additional creative projects as needed as part of a collaborative, hands-on team.
