Graphic Designer - Tampa Bay

Position Overview Stengel Hill is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer to support the development of visual materials across our architectural projects and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: Create graphic schedules, diagrams, and visual materials to support project workDevelop colorized floor plans and graphics using Adobe IllustratorRecreate and convert client logos and branding assets as neededProduce and format data sheets and project documents using Adobe InDesignPlace and manage images, PDFs, and other assets within layoutsPrepare interactive PDF documents for internal and client usePerform basic photo editing in Adobe Photoshop (color correction, cropping, resizing)Maintain organized files and ensure consistency with brand standardsCollaborate with internal teams to translate technical information into clear visuals Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of professional graphic design experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), including creation of interactive PDF documents and the ability to utilize generative AI tools appropriately within design workflowsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience with layout-heavy document production (InDesign)Familiarity with floor plans or technical drawingsExperience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry (preferred, but not required)
