Graphic Designer / Technical Coordinator

Collaborating closely with management members, the Graphics Team, and Production Staff, this individual will lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of graphic workflows while producing high-quality artwork for flexographic and digital printing. As a key team member, the Senior Graphic Artist will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support team development, and maintain high-quality and color management standards. • Participate in print project launch meetings and collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Production, to address customer specifications and ensure project success. • Strong understanding of color management, prepress processes, and printing technologies.
