The purpose of this position is to create designs that drive brand recognition and fan excitement ... • Create visually engaging graphics, including but not limited to, social media posts, banners, motion graphics, and advertisements for various platforms such as X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Print designs • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with the Hartford Wolf Pack brand and objectives • Maintain a consistent aesthetic and brand identity across all marketing assets • Stay up to date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content • Work closely with the content team to ensure timely delivery of graphics that support ongoing marketing and promotional efforts, including game days, events, and community initiatives • Partner internally to optimize creative campaign effectiveness, experimentation results, and collaborate to iterate and improve creative based on data and analytics • Constantly develop skills and explore new creative techniques • Communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment • Other duties as assigned • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design (preferred) but open to applicants currently taking classes in this field • Minimum of 1-2 years design experience, preferably in sports and/or entertainment • Must provide a design/work portfolio representative of a broad skill and creative set • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, After Effects) & other graphic design software • Experience in video production, using Adobe Premiere, preferred but not required • Excellent technology, communication, organization, and attention to detail • Excellent written and oral communications skills Temporary assignment ends no later than June 25, 2025.
