Graphic Designer – TOWN Magazine

We are currently adding to our... creative team. • Idea curation and creative page design for TOWN magazine including cover design, and story design with interesting pullouts, graphics, photos, maps, and typography • Concept & collaborate with creative director, discuss story direction and intent with writers and other editorial team members • Work with team to keep consistent aesthetic across publications • Place advertising content as directed by sales manifest and how it relates to story budget • Work within established template utilizing provided and original art and copy. • Demonstrable range in graphic design skills with a stellar portfolio to showcase • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field with minimum of three years experience in layout and design. Comparable education and experience considered Ability to work with a team to transform our vision into final deliverables • Basic photography skills and knowledge of photography equipment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to complete creative projects on deadline • Must be comfortable presenting to peers and executive level stakeholders • Understanding of web design process. • Understanding of print production process.
