Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer

Webflare is a small, fast-moving startup building software for the auction industry. What You’ll Do • Product & UI-UX • Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web apps • Create component libraries and design systems in Figma • Partner with engineering to ship pixel-accurate, usable interfaces • Brand & Marketing • Produce ads, social graphics, email and web assets • Create simple illustrations and iconography aligned to our brand • Contribute to website layout/landing page design • Front-End (nice to have) • Translate designs into clean HTML/CSS where appropriate • Generalist Startup Support • Light video editing for tutorials, product launches, and ads • Social media content scheduling/asset prep • Customer support (phone/email) with empathy and clear communication Nice-to-Have Skills • HTML/CSS for front-end implementation • Basic motion/animation or video editing (Premiere, CapCut, or similar) • Customer support experience in a software environment • Illustration/icon design • Experience in, or familiarity with, the auction industry • A time you balanced speed vs. quality on a tight deadline.
