Graphic Designer + UI/UX

About this opportunity: Our marketing team builds the content, creative, and digital experiences that bring this mission to life. • Build and maintain branded template libraries in Adobe Express, Illustrator, and InDesign • Produce imagery, layouts, icons, diagrams, and digital assets aligned with GoEngineer’s brand identity • Support major product launches, webinars, and promotional campaigns with quality design work • Ensure design consistency across all marketing channels • Content Creation + Campaign Support • Write clear, concise marketing copy for landing pages, emails, and social posts • Collaborate with marketing leads to build campaigns that elevate product launches and events • Support content planning and scheduling across platforms • Video & Social Production • Create short-form and long-form videos from start to finish • Edit footage, add graphics/text overlays, and prepare platform-appropriate exports • Transform long-form content into clips and highlights for LinkedIn, YouTube, IG, TikTok, etc. We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply: • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand consistency, layout systems, and digital asset creation • Experience producing video and social content using Adobe tools • Excellent copywriting for web, email, and social media • UI/UX experience: you understand structure, flow, and visual hierarchy in marketing experiences • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for small layout and styling adjustments • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals • Comfortable with campaign analytics and reporting We are working to build a culture where both our employees and customers are centered in the work we do, and employees feel welcomed as they are from the first day.
