Full-Time 36 hours a week

Monday-Thursday 8a-4:30p Fridays 8a-12p

Pay Range-$24-$27 an hour

Austin Sign Co is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with 3+ years experience in the large format print industry, specifically with vehicle wrap design, to join our team.

All applicants must have a portfolio and a minimum of 3 years experience in the large format print industry.

Responsibilities:

Review and assign job orders in CRM ShopVox to designer


Answering questions, brainstorming and problem solving with customers
Email customers within 24 hours of receiving the order introducing themselves
Read and review customer order details, performing any retouch or manipulation of images that align with print and cut file production requirements
Submit proof to customers within 24-48 hours after assigning job to self
Communicate with sales team if there is any missing information pertaining to the job order such as quantity, size, materials, and document attachments
Ensure all proofs contain mock-ups so customers can visualize final print product, this includes photos and visuals pertaining to jobs which require an onsite installation
Perform retouching and manipulation of images to align with production requirements
Ensure projects are completed on schedule

Qualifications


Minimum of three years of work experience in large format print industry as a graphic designer REQUIRED


Vehicle Wrap Design Experience REQUIRED
Advanced interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Experience working with Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software in the Mac OS compatible environment
Expert problem solving
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Organizational master Team player

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
