Answering questions, brainstorming and problem solving with customers Email customers within 24 hours of receiving the order introducing themselves Read and review customer order details, performing any retouch or manipulation of images that align with print and cut file production requirements Submit proof to customers within 24-48 hours after assigning job to self Communicate with sales team if there is any missing information pertaining to the job order such as quantity, size, materials, and document attachments Ensure all proofs contain mock-ups so customers can visualize final print product, this includes photos and visuals pertaining to jobs which require an onsite installation Perform retouching and manipulation of images to align with production requirements Ensure projects are completed on schedule Minimum of three years of work experience in large format print industry as a graphic designer REQUIRED
