What You'll Be Doing • Manages and enforces the company's brand standards, and champions brand consistency through all projects • Designs multimedia marketing and business development materials for print and digital outlets • Oversees all design projects, from conception to delivery, and provides quality assurance • Serves as photographer for events, staff headshots, media inquiries and product photography • Serves as videographer for events, site updates, announcements and culture initiatives • Develops internal communication tools including emails, surveys, messaging, podcasts and videos • Manages the internal newsletter and company culture navigator (SharePoint Hub) • Designs engaging social media content for various platforms • Collaborates with key stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure broad alignment on corporate communication, marketing and design-related projects and events • Guides and advises team members in creative, branding and visual communication processes • Provides art direction and formatting to vendors for various design deliverables • Partners closely with outside agency collaborators, partners and vendors on branding initiatives • Collaborates across the organization to streamline communication, review branded elements for external audiences, and bring design solutions to life Skills: • Graphic Design & Art Direction • Adobe Creative Suite • Microsoft Office • Presentation Design & Development • Branding, Identity & Logo Design • Newsletter Production • Photography & Editing • Videography & Production • Social Media • Corporate Communication (Int & Ext) • Print Layout & Production • Promotional Items • Vendor Relations • Marketing Campaigns • Project Management • Website Editing PureCycle's mission is to help solve the global environmental problem created by plastic waste.
