Initial part-time trial role to transition into full-time role. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with our marketing and creative strategy teams to bring products to life through compelling visuals and short-form video content. Responsibilities: • Design engaging static image ads and short-form videos for Facebook and Instagram campaigns • Edit UGC-style videos with captions, animations, and brand overlays • Collaborate with our performance marketing team to brainstorm and iterate on new ad concepts • Interpret creative briefs and turn them into multiple ad variations for testing • Optimize assets based on performance data and feedback • Stay up to date on social ad trends and what's working in the DTC space Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or brand experience preferred) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or comparable tools • Experience creating direct-response ad creatives for paid social, especially Facebook/Instagram • Strong portfolio showcasing ad design work, especially UGC video edits and static ads • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven iteration and performance feedback • Familiarity with DTC and eCommerce brands is a big plus Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
