Graphic Designer, Video Editor, & Customer Support Technician

Drinking Post Waterers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, & Customer Support Technician. This position requires a blend of excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience. Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the customer service department, including data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical support capacity. Proven technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical or product-related issues effectively, ideally with experience in agricultural or plumbing-related products.
