Key Responsibilities • Work with real estate agents to plan, schedule and create marketing materials • Develop materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions within brand standards • Prepare materials for printing (internally or with an outside printer) • Provide HTML code for email and marketing pieces when needed • Assist other designers with client changes and proofreading • Shoot video content using a DSLR camera and mobile device • Design, edit and animate videos varying in lengths for use in different medias • Ability to edit sound, design lower thirds, select music, etc. • Create static and motion graphics for video projects • Multitask between different projects and media - working on numerous projects at once under tight deadlines Requirements • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - particularly InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects and Audition • Understanding of design principals (layout, typography and color) • Basic understanding of web design and HTML code • Experience in videography (editing, filming, production software) • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Good attitude and communication skills If you enjoy a supportive and dynamic work environment and are looking for a full-time role with a respected, family-oriented company, we encourage you to apply.
