The Specialist, Visual... Production will work across the team and with cross-functional partners (e.g., Visual, Merchandising, Store Operations, Technology) to produce the communication for all visual direction, focusing on our Wayfair brand. The Specialist, Visual Production has significant cross-functional responsibility and opportunity for exposure to the Physical Retail Leadership team. • Formats vary, including but not limited to presentation slides, InDesign documents, websites, photos, illustrations and videos. What You’ll Need: • A digital portfolio that is creative and current • Physical retail experience preferred, not required • 3+ years of graphic design experience • Photography, photoshop and basic editing experience • Video recording and editing experience • Excellent design, layout and illustration skills • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office • Demonstrated ability to multitask while keeping organized • Ability to travel to different working locations as needed (local and regional travel) • Capability to collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams to achieve objectives • Adaptability to organizational changes and complex structures • High degree of integrity and confidence in one’s abilities • Evidence of “scrappy startup execution” and a “get it done” attitude when time is tight and stakes are high • Thrives in a high growth, ambiguous environment Through our commitment to industry-leading technology and creative problem-solving, we are confident that Wayfair will be home to the most rewarding work of your career.
