We're a five-person digital agency looking for a senior designer to own the visual execution of client projects—from brand identity to web design. This isn't a production role where you execute someone else's vision pixel-by-pixel. You'll also need to present and defend your work directly to clients. What You'll Do • Design and execute brand identity systems (logos, visual guidelines, collateral) • Create responsive websites with strong UX foundations • Present work to clients and incorporate feedback without losing design integrity • Ensure all digital work meets WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight • Contribute to strategic discussions about client brand direction What We're Looking For • 5-7+ years of professional design experience, preferably including agency or client-services work • Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand identity and web/digital design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Solid understanding of UX principles and how users interact with digital products • Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices • Ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers • Comfort working autonomously and managing your own time
