Graphic Designer with Adobe Creative Suite 💰 Salary: $81,000 - 121,000 per year At University Advancement we are looking for a UX, UI engineer! 📝 Rquirements: - 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design OR an Associates Degree with 3 years of Graphic Design experience OR a Bachelors Degree with 2 years of experience in Graphic Design - Degree may be in Graphic Design, Graphic Art, Fine Art, or a closely related field - Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - CSS and HTML skills are preferred - Experience with digital design tools such as Figma and Adobe Express - Strong creative skills, including illustration, motion graphics, and web design - Ability to process creative feedback and make revisions promptly and efficiently - Proficient in using project management systems; strong organizational and time management abilities with a track record of meeting project deadlines and budget constraints - Exceptional attention to detail - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues to produce high-quality, on-brand designs while communicating respectfully - Experience working with approved vendors for print production, collateral development, and mailing services - Commitment to maintaining accessibility standards in design and a strong focus on fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion The Graphic Designer will be integral in collaborating with the Donor Relations and Advancement Communications team, contributing to impactful donor and communication programs that drive university-wide engagement.
