Graphic Designer with Retail Marketing & Creative Production

Required Education:• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:• Experience in graphic design and creative production; agency or retail marketing experience is a plus.• Strong agency and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing approvals and print production.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, supported by a strong portfolio of relevant work.• Excellent organizational, project-management, and communication skills.Experience, & Abilities:• Experience in graphic design and creative production. This role will have your time split between hands-on design and working with Retail Marketing team members and agency partners to ensure high-quality creative is delivered accurately and on schedule.Responsibilities:• Support agency partners from concept through final production.• Provide art direction, clear feedback, and design support.• Execute hands-on design work as project load demands.• Coordinate Brand and Legal reviews, revisions, and approvals.• Manage project schedules, print deadlines, and deliverables.• Ensure all work meets brand, legal, technical, and production requirements.• Communicate project status, risks, and delays to stakeholders.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
