Abstraction Media is a production company specializing in live production, stand-up comedy content, and digital entertainment. We create high-performing content designed for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and streaming services. Our work blends comedy, storytelling, live events, and internet culture into content that reaches millions of viewers.

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who understands internet-first content and knows how to design visuals that drive clicks, engagement, and audience growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design high-performing YouTube thumbnails optimized for strong click-through rates (CTR)Create compelling Instagram cover art and social media graphicsDesign promotional materials including:Comedy show postersTour graphicsEvent flyersDigital adsChannel branding assetsEdit and retouch photos for marketing and promotional useCollaborate with producers, editors, and creative directors to develop visual conceptsUse AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation and production workflowsMaintain consistent branding across multiple shows, comedians, and digital campaignsParticipate in creative brainstorming and thumbnail A/B testing strategiesStay current on YouTube trends, social media design trends, and audience psychology

REQUIREMENTS

Expert-level understanding of YouTube thumbnail designStrong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, color, and audience psychologyAdvanced proficiency in:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorLightroom or equivalent photo editing softwareExperience using AI creative tools such as:MidjourneyRunwayChatGPTFluxOther AI-assisted design toolsStrong portfolio showcasing:YouTube thumbnailsSocial media designPoster designDigital marketing assetsAbility to work quickly while maintaining high creative standardsStrong communication and collaboration skillsDeep understanding of internet culture, comedy content, and viral media
