Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture • Design a variety of print and digital materials, independently or under management direction, that align with branding and marketing objectives • Collaborate effectively with the creative director, creative manager, copywriters, and account executives to deliver clear and compelling creative assets • Manage multiple design projects across properties while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards • Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across all designs and update project statuses using scheduling software • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements • At least 18 years of age • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company • Verify right to work in the United States If you're looking for more than just a job — and want to be part of a team that values integrity, impact, and opportunity — we’d love to hear from you.
