ResponsibilitiesGraphic Designer/ArtistJoin a dynamic team supporting intelligence-driven projects with impactful visual design!We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer/Artist to craft compelling graphics for a range of classified and unclassified intelligence products. In this role, you’ll transform complex information into visually engaging reports, presentations, manuals, event materials, and more. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!What You’ll Do:Design high-quality visuals for technical reports, PowerPoint presentations, guides, manuals, seals, boards, and other intelligence-related materials.Collaborate with government and contractor teams to bring complex projects to life.Ensure all designs adhere to intelligence production tradecraft standards.Conduct quality checks to maintain technical accuracy and visual excellence.Utilize color, typography, illustration, photography, and animation to communicate key messages effectively across digital and print media.QualificationsWhat You Bring:Experience: 12+ years (without a degree), 8+ years (with a BS/BA), 6+ years (with an MS/MA), or 3+ years (with a PhD).Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.Collaboration & Adaptability: Ability to work in a team environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Attention to Detail: Strong visual sense and commitment to accuracy in all design work.Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.Industry Experience: Prior work supporting the Intelligence Community is highly preferred.Why Join Us?Impactful Work: Your designs will directly support national security and intelligence missions.Team Collaboration: Work alongside skilled professionals in a mission-driven environment.Growth Opportunities: Expand your expertise while working on high-profile projects.If you're passionate about design and want to make a difference in intelligence communications, apply today!Target Salary Range$86,000 - $138,000.
