Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Graphic Designer / Assistant Manager for our Sign Shop to join our creative team. This role combines innovative graphic design expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the production of visually compelling signage and marketing materials that elevate our brand presence. possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate strong technical proficiency across a wide range of graphic design software and tools. Oversee the creation of logos, , layout compositions, and digital art to ensure consistency with brand standards.
Manage the entire design process, including sketching, digital illustration, motion graphics using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, , CorelDRAW.
Prepare production-ready files for print ensuring proper color management, prepress procedures, and print file specifications are met for high-quality output.

Supervise daily shop operations by coordinating workflow, managing design schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current design trends.
Qualifications
Proven experience in professional art or design roles with a strong portfolio showcasing logo design, branding projects, print designand layout design.
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.content management systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography principles for media applications, prepress procedures, color management techniques and print production processes.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative concepts clearly to clients or team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
