Graphic Designer/CSR

Position Overview Client Interaction — Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients in person, by phone, and via email.Creative Collaboration — Work with clients to translate concepts into polished printed materials; recommend production methods, materials, and installation options.Site Surveys — Conduct on‑site measurements and capture photos needed for accurate project setup.Quoting & Workorders — Prepare accurate quotes, convert approved quotes into workorders, and coordinate with billing.Artwork Setup — Design or prepare artwork for print; review customer‑supplied files for accuracy; provide proofs for approval.Production Handoff — Deliver clean, detailed instructions to production to ensure smooth workflow.Project Management — Stay organized while managing multiple deadlines and project stages.Outside Sales Support — Assist outside sales staff with project details, artwork needs, quoting, and customer follow‑up.Vendor & Supplier Coordination — Work directly with vendors and suppliers to source materials, confirm specifications, request pricing, and ensure timely delivery.Skills/Qualifications Outstanding communication and customer service skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications in a PC environmentUndergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferredExperience in print, signage, or large‑format production is a plusAbility to multitask in a deadline‑driven environmentComfortable conducting site visits and gathering measurementsDetail‑oriented with strong organizational habitsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependable with a strong work ethicWhy Join Us Collaborative, supportive team environmentOpportunity to see your design work come to life in the communityVariety of projects—from business cards to wall wraps to large‑format signageRoom for growth in both customer service and design responsibilitiesJob Type: Full-time Graphic Design: 3 years (Required)Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Required)Adobe InDesign: 2 years (Required)Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (Required)Shift availability:
