Graphic Designer/CSR

Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Responsibilities: Design and prepare artwork for print and wide-format output Create mockups and client proofs for approval Follow brand guidelines and print specifications Communicate directly with customers when needed to finalize designs Work collaboratively with our production and sales teams to meet tight deadlines Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email Provide quotes, take orders, and guide customers through the production process Review artwork and ensure jobs are entered accurately into the system Communicate with production and design teams to ensure the timely completion of orders Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a customer-focused environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong understanding of layout, typography, and print production 2+ years of experience in a print or sign shop environment Ability to prepare clean, print-ready files with bleeds, crops, and proper resolution Excellent time management and organizational skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Working knowledge of common print products and terminology Experience with job ticketing, proof approvals, and general order workflow
